Volvo V40 Start / Stop Not Working

When the Volvo V40 engine is started, the auto start / stop system is activated automatically. Systems such as lighting and radio continue to work when engine stop has been invoked by the system. To reduce drain on the V40’s starter battery charge, other equipment such as the climate control fan or high audio volume are temporarily reduced.
